By creating an account, you agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).

Our Service

Publish Later lets you schedule and automate posts across supported platforms. While we strive for reliable service, we cannot guarantee:

• Delivery of every scheduled post (platform API limitations and outages may occur).
• Continuous, error-free operation.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

Content and Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

In addition, you are solely responsible for:

• The content you upload, schedule, or post.
• Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws, third-party rights, and the policies of platforms you connect.

Payments and Subscriptions

Publish Later offers paid plans that provide the same features with different limitations, such as usage quotas or access levels. By subscribing:

• You authorize recurring payments via your selected method.
• You can cancel anytime in the billing settings (access remains until the end of the billing period).

Intellectual Property

Publish Later, our logo, and the Service are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

We don't claim ownership of the content you schedule, but you grant us the rights needed to deliver the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by contacting us.

We reserve the right to terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• You misuse the platform in a way that disrupts the Service for others.
• Your actions create legal risk for us.

If your account is terminated:

• Your access to the Service and scheduled content will be removed.
• We may retain basic account information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data or content resulting from account termination.

Disclaimers

We provide Publish Later "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for:

• Platform changes or restrictions beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
• We do not cover damages resulting from unauthorized access, downtime, or harmful code.
